Glory Days are Back Again? Hardly, just another Bull Trap!!!!

Meeting Agenda of the Bulls:

“This is what we are going to do!!! We are going to pump a worthless stock so high that everyone will think that that we are in a Bull Market again and the suckers will buy in! Then were going to pay a bunch of CNBC analysts to pump the topic: “The worst is over! Get back in, get wet!!!” Then we will build enough support so we can sell at a higher price and steal the common stock holder’s money again!”

Is this too farfetched? Hardly! I see it so much and I have actually been a victim of it a few times myself. On the contrary, the worst is not over, it has just begun! Earnings predications are piling up in the next month and we are not talking about small names. BSC, LEH, GS just to name a few will swing such turmoil when their earnings announcements take place, it is a good chance we will see at least a 700-800 point drop at the end of September. You don’t believe me? How about the 1.8 Billion Dollar bet with SPY that basic said that the market was going to tank a good 30% at the end of September? That is a rich bet and a bet I am sure this entity is not up for losing. How about the broker analysts cutting other broker earnings to save their own hides? I predicted it! The minute the little man takes his money out of the game, watch these guys then steal from each other! My point is, something know something that you don’t; plain and simple.

If you understand what the butterfly effect is, then you would surely understand how the credit crisis is going to affect any and over common-stock, I don’t care what they tell you, it is the truth.  This will run down the markets create buying opportunities later not now. For now, by some puts that are reasonable, pour yourself a cup of expensive scotch and watch Cramer sleep on the dirty linoleum floor.
